These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rendevum.com (the "Service"), a scheduling and online booking tool. "Hosts" are the professionals who create an account to receive bookings; "Guests" are the people who book with them. By creating an account or booking through the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided by Kaizen Talent Labs Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("we", "us").
The Service lets Hosts publish a booking page, set their availability, services and bookable spaces, receive bookings, and connect tools such as Google Calendar, messaging and payment providers. Guests can book, reschedule or cancel through the Host's booking page.
You must be at least 16 to create a Host account and must give accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done with your account, including by team members you invite.
The Service is a booking tool. The appointment itself, its price, its content, and its cancellation and refund conditions are agreed between the Host and the Guest. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the services the Host provides.
A Host may ask for a deposit to secure a booking. The Guest pays through the Host's own payment provider (for example the Host's Stripe or PayPal account, or the Host's own payment link), and the money goes directly to the Host: Rendevum.com never holds it. Refunds follow the cancellation rule shown when booking and are issued by the Host.
When you connect Google Calendar or another service (WhatsApp, Twilio, Slack, Stripe, PayPal...), you allow the Service to use it on your behalf as described in the Privacy Policy, and that service's own terms also apply. You can disconnect it at any time; disconnecting Google also revokes our access to your Google account.
Some features and limits depend on your plan. Paid plans are billed as shown when you subscribe. If you move to a smaller plan, nothing is deleted, but features the new plan does not include stop working and you cannot exceed its limits.
You agree not to use the Service to send spam, to book or take bookings for illegal services, to collect data you have no right to, to impersonate anyone, or to disrupt or probe the Service or other users' accounts.
You keep the rights to the content you put in the Service (texts, services, logos). You allow us to host and display it only to run the Service.
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for missed or duplicated appointments, outages of connected services such as Google Calendar or payment providers, or indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, after notice where reasonable.
We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell Hosts in advance by email or in the Service.
